Ticket & Refund Policy

This Ticket & Refund Policy applies to all performances and events associated with The Traveling Vampire Show, produced by Driftwood Associates LLC (the “Company”).
By purchasing tickets or attending a performance, you agree to the following terms.
All Sales Final
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a cancellation as outlined below.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual unless otherwise restricted by the venue or ticketing provider.
The Company is not responsible for:
Unauthorized transfers
Fraudulent resale
Third-party transactions
Event Changes
Performance dates, venues, cast, programming, and event details are subject to change without notice.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.
Cancellations
If a performance is canceled and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, when applicable, will be issued through the original point of purchase.
Postponements / Rescheduling
If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds are not guaranteed for postponed or rescheduled events.
Late Arrivals
Late entry may be restricted at the discretion of the venue.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.
Recording and Photography
Unauthorized recording, photography, or reproduction of any portion of the performance is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted.
Patrons may be asked to cease recording or leave the venue.
Audience Conduct
The Company and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Content Advisory
The Traveling Vampire Show is an immersive theatrical performance intended for mature audiences.
Performances may include:
Adult themes
Horror elements
Dark or provocative material
Strong language
Suggestive or unsettling content
Audience discretion is advised.
By purchasing tickets or attending performances, you acknowledge and accept the nature of the content.
Venue Policies
All attendees must comply with applicable venue rules and policies.
Venue-specific restrictions may apply.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized ticket use.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
Weather
Venue issues
Government restrictions
Technical failures
