Ticket & Refund Policy

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

This policy applies to all performances and events associated with The Traveling Vampire Show, including the Bacchanalia after-party, produced by The Traveling Vampire Show LLC (the ‘Company’). By purchasing a ticket or attending, you agree to the terms below.

All Sales Final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of a canceled performance, or as outlined below for postponed or rescheduled performances.

Ticket Transfers

Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, unless the venue or ticketing provider restricts transfers. We're not responsible for unauthorized transfers, fraudulent resale, or third-party transactions, so buy and sell directly with people you trust.

Event Changes

Venues, cast, programming, and other event details are subject to change without notice, and such changes do not qualify for a refund. For changes to the performance date, see Postponements / Rescheduling below.

Cancellations

If a show is canceled outright and not rescheduled, you're eligible for a refund through your original point of purchase.

Postponements / Rescheduling

If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, you may choose either a credit toward a future Traveling Vampire Show performance or Bacchanalia event, or a refund to your original point of purchase. Requests for a refund or credit must be submitted within 14 days of the new date being announced. After that window, tickets are considered valid for the new date with no further refund or credit available.

Late Arrivals

Late entry may be restricted at the discretion of the venue. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

Recording and Photography

Recording or photographing the performance without permission isn't allowed. Patrons may be asked to stop filming or leave the venue.

Audience Conduct

We reserve the right to remove anyone being disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
